Description
The Associate Program Director assists the Program Director in administering residential mental health services, including clinical oversight, intake and assessment, crisis intervention, treatment coordination, staff supervision, quality assurance, fiscal control, resident and family involvement, community relations, and incident investigations. The role may lead clinical services in the Program Director’s absence and requires a master’s degree in social work, psychology, or another human services field, at least two years of experience working with individuals with serious mental illness, and relevant supervisory or administrative experience depending on program size.
