Zenas is hiring an Associate Director of Analytical Development and Quality Control to lead analytical methodology development and quality control for small-molecule product candidates from early research through commercialization. The role partners with process development, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing teams; oversees method development, qualification, validation, transfer, comparability, regulatory filings, inspections, and audits; and evaluates analytical technologies. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, analytical sciences, or a related field, at least eight years of relevant analytical development experience, strong solid oral dosage method development expertise, and knowledge of ICH, FDA, and EMA requirements. The position is hybrid and offers a base salary of $161,400 to $201,842.
