Takeda is hiring an Associate Director, Analytical Quality by Design and Platform Analytical Method Life Cycle in its Lexington, Massachusetts office. The role leads the implementation of Analytical Quality by Design and platform analytical method lifecycle practices across Analytical Development, including method robustness, validation, transfer, risk assessments, control strategies, regulatory readiness, and lifecycle monitoring. It partners with AD, PD, QC, QA, Regulatory CMC, MSAT, external laboratories, and program teams in a matrixed global environment, while also supporting regulatory submissions, inspections, governance reviews, technical guidance, and capability building. The position is full-time, hybrid, and offers a U.S. base salary range of $154,400 to $242,550.
