Associate Director, Analytics at Monks

Monks is hiring an Associate Director, Analytics to lead complex analytics and data science engagements, guide advanced quantitative methodologies, translate findings into business recommendations, and advise senior clients. The role also leads analytics teams and workstreams, owns account economics, identifies AI use cases, and partners with marketing, technology, and other specialists. Candidates need at least seven years of relevant experience, demonstrated data science expertise, and experience leading complex projects and teams. The position is hybrid and pays CAD 140,000–150,000.
