Associate Director and Corporate Counsel at BetterHelp

BetterHelp is hiring an Associate Director and Corporate Counsel to support its international expansion and serve as international legal counsel across contracts, litigation, intellectual property, health and telehealth regulation, government affairs, employment, compliance, and general corporate matters. The role advises on international business launches and operations, negotiates and drafts commercial and technology agreements, supports privacy and regulatory compliance, manages outside counsel, and handles litigation and government inquiries. It is a remote position with travel to the San Jose, California office up to three times per year, and offers a base salary of $150,000 to $175,000 plus bonus and benefits.
