Description
The role is responsible for preparing and coordinating full project estimates, including conceptual and final estimates, wage-rate build-ups, material take-offs, cash-flow schedules, subcontract and vendor bid analysis, and scope breakdowns. It requires knowledge of construction methods, project documentation, the URS EC Division cost structure, Earned Value Management, and the CAES estimating system, along with proficiency in project-management tools. The posting requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, at least 15 years of construction project-management experience including 5 years in a leadership role within PMC projects, and a master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
