Morrison Healthcare is hiring an Associate Director of Food and Nutritional Services to support the operation of food and nutrition services in an acute-care hospital. The role oversees foodservice activities, patient and non-patient care, quality improvement, sanitation, infection control, safety, maintenance, cost management, client and customer satisfaction, team development, and interdepartmental coordination. Preferred qualifications include a degree in food services technology or management, a Certified Dietary Manager certificate or Registered Dietitian credential, hospital or adult home/care experience, foodservice operational management experience, food cost and presentation knowledge, P&L or contract-management experience, leadership and communication skills, financial and computer proficiency, and ServSafe certification.
