SS&C is hiring an Associate Director, Investor Services in New York on a hybrid basis. The role coordinates new client launches and conversions, manages fund data and investor reporting, supports audits and due diligence, leads departmental initiatives, and coaches and mentors the Investor Services team. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field, at least 8 years of experience in Investor Services or a related financial-services field, and previous management experience. The expected base salary is $70,000 to $135,000 USD, with possible discretionary bonus and equity awards.
