Description

North is seeking an Associate Director of Sales to join their North Direct Field Sales (NDFS) team. The successful candidate will balance both player and coach roles, actively managing their own sales pipeline while also leading and developing a team of Field Sales Professionals. This role focuses on driving growth in the SaaS platform and payment solutions market, with a strong emphasis on mentoring and achieving sales targets.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Demonstrated success in a high-volume, full-cycle sales role, preferably with experience in SaaS, Software, or Payment Processing.
A strong desire to step into a leadership role, with a natural ability to coach, mentor, and motivate others.
Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills, with experience using CRM.
Thrives in a fast-paced, startup vibe. A self-starter who can pivot on a dime and still shine brighter than the Vegas strip.
Preferred Qualifications: Cold-calling and local canvassing experience is a significant plus.
