Temple University is hiring an Associate Director of College Access and Pathway Programs to provide administrative and logistical direction for CREATE’s college access, dual enrollment, and early pipeline programs. The role supervises Assistant Directors and a Team Leader, manages partnerships with schools, agencies, funders, government entities, and communities, supports program data and reporting, pursues funding and scholarship opportunities, and coordinates citywide pathways to college matriculation and teaching certification. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field, at least four years of directly related experience including K-12 teaching or school counseling and program administration, and the ability to travel to Philadelphia schools.
