Description
Disc Medicine is hiring an Associate Director Bioanalytical to lead technical and operational bioanalytical activities across preclinical and clinical drug development programs. The role oversees outsourced GLP/GCP and non-GLP studies, assay development and validation, sample analysis, data review, regulatory documentation, CRO and external laboratory management, and bioanalytical support for PK, biomarkers, and anti-drug antibody analyses. The position is hybrid, with remote work or work from the Watertown, Massachusetts headquarters, and requires a Ph.D. and at least eight years of bioanalysis industry experience.
