Lilly is seeking an Associate Director, Biologics Process Engineering to lead and direct the process engineering team, focusing on biologics drug substance manufacturing. This role involves developing process engineers, ensuring reliable and compliant equipment usage, and contributing to the successful launch of the Lilly Medicine Foundry. Key responsibilities include establishing a technically advanced biologics process engineering group, coordinating process engineering work, setting standards for engineering work product, ensuring GMP compliance, and overseeing technical issues and improvements. During the startup phase, the role supports building the organization, implementing systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting with design requirements.
