Description
Amgen is hiring an Associate Director, Biostatistical Programming to lead a large offshore team of Study Lead Programmers and Study Programmers and execute end-to-end statistical programming for high-priority clinical studies and global regulatory submissions. The role manages programming strategies, project progress, resources, budgets, quality and compliance, audits, policies, staff development, and the integration of statistical automation and open-source technologies. It is based in Hyderabad, India, and requires a relevant degree, at least 10 years of clinical statistical programming experience, offshore team leadership experience, advanced SAS or R skills, regulatory submission experience, and strong global leadership and communication abilities.
