HDR is hiring a Senior Building Structures Leader to shape the Melbourne structural practice and lead complex, high-profile building and mission-critical projects, including data centre and mission-critical work. The role combines senior technical leadership, client and commercial ownership, multidisciplinary team leadership, BIM and digital engineering, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Chartered Professional Engineer status or equivalent Australian registration, typically 15 or more years of structural engineering experience, and proven experience leading structural teams, major pursuits, and commercial project performance.
