Revolution Medicines is hiring an Associate Director, Business Operations to act as an internal project manager and consultant for the Development & Clinical Sciences organization. The role designs and deploys practical enablement tools and processes, leads multiple capabilities projects, tracks adoption and effectiveness, identifies capability gaps, and partners with DCS leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive change adoption and operational performance. The position requires 15+ years of change management, project management, or consulting experience, including at least 5 years in pharma or biotech, along with a relevant degree and clinical development knowledge. It is a full-time hybrid role based onsite at the company’s headquarters in Redwood City, California, with a base salary range of $186,000 to $233,000 USD.
