Description
The Associate Director, Career Center leads RISD’s employer partnerships, recruiting initiatives, signature career events, student and alumni career readiness programs, career advising, assessment, and the ArtWorks job board. The role supervises and mentors a team of four Career Center staff members, collaborates across campus, and reports program outcomes. It requires a bachelor’s degree in counseling, higher education, or a related field, 7–10 years of career development, placement, or counseling experience, 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience, and a master’s degree is preferred. The position is full-time, regular, exempt, hybrid eligible, and requires a resume and cover letter.
