Description
Webull is hiring an Associate Director, Clearing Operations to support end-to-end back-office clearing and settlement across retail and institutional businesses. The role covers DTC, CNS, and non-CNS settlement; trade exception and reconciliation management; ACAT transfers; regulatory compliance; operational risk; reporting; process improvement, and cross-functional project support. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least seven years of broker-dealer clearing, settlement, or operations experience, relevant FINRA licenses, and experience with omnibus or self-clearing environments and industry platforms. The position is based in St. Petersburg, Florida, with a base salary of $115,000-$140,000 annually plus a discretionary bonus and benefits.
