RVO Health is hiring an Associate Director, Client Operations to lead a key State Quit for Life account and develop part of the Client Management team. The role owns account strategy, retention, revenue, contract renewals, escalations, and strategic account planning; leads Client Managers and supports hiring and performance management; and collaborates with product, engineering, billing, evaluation, reporting, procurement, and executive stakeholders. The position is hybrid, based in Florida, North Carolina, or Georgia, and offers a starting salary of $86,250 to $110,000 plus benefits.
