Description
Dispatch is hiring an Associate Director, Clinical Operations to lead the operational execution of early-phase Phase I/II oncology clinical trials from start-up through close-out. The role oversees CROs, vendors, sites, budgets, timelines, risk mitigation, protocol and document review, investigational product supply, enrollment, data quality, safety reporting, SOPs, inspection readiness, and study status reporting. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least seven years of progressive clinical operations experience in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals, and experience managing early-phase oncology trials, CROs, vendors, and clinical trial software.
