Alkermes is hiring an Associate Director of Clinical Supply Chain to provide strategic leadership and oversight of end-to-end clinical supply chain activities across multiple pharmaceutical development programs. The role covers demand forecasting, inventory and depot management, global distribution and logistics, regulatory compliance, IXRS/IRT systems, drug returns, labeling, SOPs, and cross-functional collaboration with Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and external partners. It requires a bachelor’s degree with 12 years of progressive clinical supply chain experience or a relevant master’s degree with 10 years of experience, and offers a hybrid arrangement with 60% office time in Waltham, Massachusetts and 40% remote work. The annual base salary is $170,000–$182,000, with an annual performance bonus and competitive benefits.
