Description
DTCC is hiring a Cloud Operations Manager to oversee the availability, security, and governed change of production AWS and Azure environments supporting financial market services. The role owns incident response, complex cross-domain incident resolution, shift-based engineering leadership, operational tooling and automation, production change governance, observability, and collaboration with Platform, Application, and Delivery Engineering teams. It requires at least eight years of related experience, a preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and expertise across cloud operations, infrastructure, Python, Terraform, CI/CD, observability, and incident management.
