Description
The Associate Director, CMC Development provides scientific and cross-functional leadership for radiopharmaceutical development programs from discovery through first-in-human readiness. The role leads radiochemistry, analytical development, formulation, early CMC strategy, regulatory documentation, process scale-up, manufacturing readiness, troubleshooting, clinical supply planning, and collaboration with technical operations, quality, regulatory, clinical, and external CDMO partners. The position also leads and mentors a multidisciplinary radiochemistry team and supports recruitment, onboarding, and career development.
