Tonix Pharmaceuticals is hiring an Associate Director, Commercial Analytics & SFE to drive data-informed commercial strategy across sales, marketing, market access, field force effectiveness, and commercial IT. The role owns performance reporting, KPI dashboards, sales force effectiveness analytics, forecasting, customer and HCP segmentation, marketing mix and promotional analysis, and the commercial data infrastructure, including IQVIA, Symphony Health, Veeva CRM, and specialty pharmacy data. It requires a bachelor's degree, 7+ years of biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry experience, and proficiency in SQL, R, or Python, with Tableau or Power BI experience preferred. The salary range is $145,000–$210,000 USD, and Tonix does not offer sponsorship.
