Axtria is hiring an Associate Director to lead and manage global teams delivering commercial analytics, sales effectiveness, and business technology–driven initiatives for Life Sciences commercial excellence organizations. The role covers field force design, incentive compensation, customer targeting, analytics, client solution design, project delivery, team leadership, and thought leadership. It requires 8–12 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related discipline, and a hybrid schedule with three days per week at the Waltham, Massachusetts office or client sites.
