Description
The Associate Director, Compensation will oversee the design, governance, implementation, and administration of Trimont’s compensation programs. The role manages job architecture, salary structures, market benchmarking, compensation surveys, the annual compensation cycle, internal equity, reporting, compliance, and stakeholder partnerships across People & Culture, Finance, HRIS, payroll, recruiters, and business leaders. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of progressive compensation or total rewards experience, strong analytical and project-management skills, and proficiency with Excel, HRIS, and compensation planning platforms.
