Turner & Townsend Heery is hiring a Senior Construction Project Manager to serve as the primary client-facing representative for a large, complex healthcare capital program in Southern California. The role leads project management from planning and programming through design, construction, closeout, and turnover; directs an integrated consultant team; and provides strategic advice on delivery, risk, procurement, cost, schedule, regulatory compliance, and quality. Candidates need 15+ years of progressively responsible project and construction management experience, leadership of projects exceeding $100 million, healthcare facility experience, and experience with Progressive Design-Build and traditional Design-Build delivery methods. The full-time role pays $170,000–$220,000 per year in base salary.
