AbbVie is hiring an Associate Director, Copay Enablement to lead the strategic integration and standardization of copay data within the Copay Center of Excellence. The role owns stakeholder engagement, data governance and operations, vendor management, KPI tracking, operational processes, knowledge management, and cross-functional coordination for patient access and affordability solutions. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree, preferably a master’s degree, and 4–6 years of pharmaceutical-industry experience in patient support, market access, finance, sales, marketing, or a related commercial function, along with knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance and regulatory environments.
