GALE is hiring an Associate Director, Technology to architect, design, and lead data platforms and full-stack enterprise SaaS solutions, with a primary focus on data engineering. The role owns technical direction, client-specific data solutions, engineering execution, Agile delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and the development of data, full-stack, and DevOps/cloud engineering teams. It requires 10+ years of experience building data-intensive products, 5+ years of supervisory experience, and hands-on expertise with Python, Django, React, NextJS, AWS/GCP data services, SQL, data warehouses, Airflow, and Spark.
