Description
The Associate Director, Corporate Communications will report to the Senior Director, Corporate Affairs and build external visibility for the Accelerator Division of Mars Snacking. The role leads sustainability and purpose storytelling, customer engagement, corporate communications, media relations, public policy support, crisis and issue management, and internal alignment of external messaging. It requires a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field, 8–10 years of relevant experience, senior-leader advising experience, and strong strategic, communication, and leadership skills. The position offers a US base salary of USD 134,400 to USD 184,800 plus variable pay and benefits.
