Associate Director - Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction at Turner & Townsend

Turner & Townsend is hiring an Associate Director Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management services on a major multi-year campus development. The role provides strategic commercial leadership, manages client and stakeholder relationships, performs quantity surveying, cost controls, change management, and project controls activities, and leads a cost management team. It is primarily site-based in Miami County, Ohio, with regular on-site presence required, and requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant construction field plus 5–7 years of cost management experience.
