Turner & Townsend is hiring an Associate Director Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management services on a major multi-year campus development. The role provides strategic commercial leadership, manages client and stakeholder relationships, oversees cost controls, change management, project controls, and commercial reporting, and leads a cost management team. It is primarily site-based in Miami County, Ohio, with regular on-site presence required. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant construction field and 5–7 years of cost management experience in construction, with construction consultancy experience preferred. The base salary is $165,000–$185,000 USD, with potential bonuses and benefits.
