Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Associate Director Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial and cost management services for a global technology client supporting a large-scale data center construction program. The role covers project controls, budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, change management, commercial risk, procurement guidance, stakeholder management, and team leadership across planning through closeout. It is advertised in the Dallas market but requires full-time onsite presence Monday through Friday in Rayville, Louisiana, with relocation preferred and a per diem available for qualified candidates.
