Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Associate Director Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial and cost management services for a global technology client supporting a large-scale data center construction program. The role provides client-facing commercial leadership, project controls, budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, change management, risk mitigation, procurement guidance, and oversight of project financial performance and staffing. It requires onsite Monday-through-Friday presence in Rayville, Louisiana, with local candidates or those open to relocation preferred; a per diem is available for candidates unable to relocate. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least eight years of construction cost management or commercial management experience, and experience with large-scale capital construction programs.
