Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director, Cost Management to lead cost management services across large-scale life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, laboratory, research, and advanced manufacturing construction programs. The role provides commercial leadership throughout the project lifecycle, oversees client and stakeholder relationships, leads cost management teams, and manages quantity surveying, cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, change management, commercial reporting, risk mitigation, and profitability activities. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant construction discipline, at least eight years of cost management or project controls experience, significant experience with highly technical construction projects, and strong leadership and communication skills.
