Associate Director, Customer Technical Solution Security at Kyndryl

Kyndryl is hiring a Customer Technical Solutioner to work with customers on technology and business discussions, develop domain-specific security solutions and cost cases, support bid submissions, negotiate contracts, and manage solution design and engagement handovers. The role requires five years of experience in security solution building and proposals, expertise in IT governance and operating models, knowledge of security domains such as IAM, PAM, network and cloud, Zero Trust, SOC/SIEM, and regulatory frameworks, along with strong customer and presentation skills. Consulting, cloud and hybrid infrastructure experience, CISM or CISSP certification, and German and English language skills are preferred.
