Grant Thornton is hiring an Associate Director, Data & Analytics to lead data engineering and data integration for enterprise transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and modern analytics. The role designs and implements governed data pipelines, data ingestion, transformation, validation, archival, and Snowflake solutions; coordinates with architecture, application, security, infrastructure, business, and vendor teams; and supports migrations, go-live readiness, hypercare, and steady-state data operations. The position requires at least eight years of relevant experience, hands-on Snowflake experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong stakeholder-management and documentation skills.
