Kyowa Kirin is hiring an Associate Director, Data Governance to establish and operate an enterprise data governance program across Commercial Operations, Sales & Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services. The role owns data access governance, data catalog and metadata management, data quality, vendor SLA monitoring, data ownership models, governance committee operations, and user enablement, while partnering with technical teams and Legal, Privacy, and Compliance. It requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, 8–10+ years of data governance or data management experience, and familiarity with pharmaceutical data domains and data platforms. The anticipated salary is $166,700 to $215,700, with medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, retirement, and other benefits.
