Korro is hiring an Associate Director, Clinical Data Management to lead clinical data management across one or more global studies or programs. The role oversees CRO and vendor performance, database design, EDC builds, data cleaning, query resolution, data transfers, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance from study start-up through database closure and archival. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least eight years of progressive clinical data management or clinical trial experience, CRO management experience, and proficiency with EDC platforms and data management technologies.
