Amgen is hiring an Associate Director, Database Design to provide enterprise leadership for database design strategy, governance, operating models, modernization, workforce planning, and operational excellence across global therapeutic area portfolios. The role oversees scalable, compliant, inspection-ready, and analytics-enabled database solutions; leads transformation, standardization, automation, and organizational capability development; and develops Senior Managers and functional leaders. Candidates need a doctorate with 10 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 13 years, or a bachelor’s degree with 15 years, plus at least 5 years of people management experience in clinical development organizations.
