J.S. Held is hiring an Associate Director for its Construction Advisory & Disputes Team to lead forensic delay analysis, prepare expert reports, analyze construction claims and delays, review engineering and construction documents, and support live projects. The role requires more than 10 years of forensic delay analysis experience, an undergraduate degree in construction management, engineering quantity surveying, or a similar field, Primavera 6 and Microsoft Project proficiency, chartered professional status or equivalent, and at least five years of on-site construction experience.
