Grant Thornton is hiring an Associate Director, Delivery Center Organization Effectiveness to lead transformation programs that build, integrate, and standardize its global delivery-center ecosystem across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. The role manages stakeholder and internal communications, governance, playbooks, customer success stories, onboarding processes, and scalable operational frameworks for a workforce of 10,000+ resources. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery or related global operations, and a proven record of scaling multi-region delivery centers. The base salary range is $160,000 to $240,000.
