AECOM is hiring an Associate Director for its Auckland Buildings & Places team to lead multidisciplinary design and delivery on complex building projects across healthcare, aviation, defence, education, and commercial sectors. The role brings together engineering, architectural, and specialist disciplines; leads design outcomes, programme, commercial performance, quality, and risk; works with clients; supports major bids and business development; and mentors senior engineers and emerging leaders. Candidates should have significant building-services, engineering consultancy, or multidisciplinary experience, experience leading complex projects and teams, strong client and project-management skills, and a relevant engineering or built-environment qualification.
