Ithaca College is hiring an Associate Director, Development to manage a portfolio of alumni, parents, and friends, with a primary focus on the Blue & Gold Giving Society. The role leads prospect management, leadership annual-giving solicitation, donor acquisition and renewal, relationship cultivation, volunteer coordination, event engagement, database maintenance, and performance reporting. It is a 37.5-hour-per-week, 52-week-per-year position that may be performed remotely for individuals residing within the assigned Metro New York City territory, with other applicants required to be within reasonable commuting distance of Ithaca College. The position requires a bachelor's degree and three years of directly related experience, offers a hiring rate of $62,353.20, and does not provide visa sponsorship.
