Description
Lyell is hiring an Associate Director or Director, Clinical Development Program Management to lead the strategic and operational execution of one or more clinical development programs from early- through late-stage trials. The role partners with Core Team and workstream Program Owners, manages cross-functional matrix teams, develops project plans and risk mitigation strategies, oversees CRO and vendor performance, supports regulatory submissions, and reports program health to senior leadership. The position requires a bachelor's degree, extensive clinical project or program management experience, and experience in cell therapy, immuno-oncology, or oncology drug development. The Associate Director salary is $190,000 to $230,000 annually, and the Director salary is $200,000 to $240,000 annually, with an annual bonus opportunity.
