Description
Xenon Pharmaceuticals is hiring a Director/Senior Director, Development Program Management, CMC to provide strategic and operational project management leadership for CMC teams, initially focused on phase 1 and 2 compounds. The role will develop execution plans, project plans, dashboards, milestone trackers, risk and action logs, and financial tracking; monitor progress and risks; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders; and improve CMC project management through scalable tools, automation, and process improvements. The position is based in Needham, Massachusetts, with hybrid work requiring at least two onsite days per week and possible international travel.
