Baylor Law is hiring an Associate Director/Director of Employer Programs to support its Career Development Office and connect law students and recent graduates with law firms, corporations, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations. The role oversees employer outreach, job postings, internship and externship programs, career counseling, employment statistics, alumni and professional-association activities, and representation of the law school. A bachelor's degree and two years of relevant recruiting or legal experience are required; a JD and five years of relevant experience are preferred. The position offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with other benefits.
