Description
The Associate Director, Drug Development Excellence supports Bristol Myers Squibb’s Drug Development strategy by analyzing end-to-end processes, improving operating models, establishing KPIs, leading cross-functional initiatives, and enabling digital and AI-ready operations. The role partners with clinical development, trial operations, biostatistics, regulatory, safety, and other Drug Development functions, and reports to the Executive Director, Drug Development Excellence. It requires a BA/BS degree, 5–7 years of pharmaceutical operational excellence or strategy execution experience, and strong process, project management, analytics, and stakeholder leadership skills. The position is based in Madison or Princeton, New Jersey, with a full-time base salary of $156,890–$190,117.
