2BM/Salute is hiring an Associate Director (Electrical) to lead electrical building-services projects from concept through completion for data centre clients across the UK and EMEA. The role combines project leadership, multidisciplinary design and feasibility work, client and stakeholder management, budget and performance oversight, business development, and mentorship of engineers. It requires electrical engineering expertise, knowledge of UK and European regulations, building-services project experience, and proficiency with electrical design software such as Revit MEP or AutoCAD. The position is based in the Nottingham office and involves frequent travel to client sites.
