AECOM is hiring an Associate Director-level Electrical Engineer for its Building Services team in Sydney. The role provides technical leadership and governance across electrical building services design for complex, multi-disciplinary projects across Australia, including health, education, defence, transport, commercial, aviation, sports, and data centre projects. Responsibilities include reviewing designs, calculations, specifications, models, and documentation; ensuring compliance with Australian codes and standards; managing client and stakeholder relationships; and contributing to business development and the firm’s ANZ building services capability. The role offers hybrid work options and requires a Bachelor of Electrical, professional registration, extensive building services engineering experience, and strong project and commercial management skills.
