Description
PCI is hiring an Associate Director of Engineering to lead engineering, maintenance, automation, reliability, and capital projects for its pharmaceutical packaging operation in Ireland. The role owns process engineering, operational excellence, equipment troubleshooting, automation and digital technologies, capital project delivery, compliance and quality systems, risk management, and stakeholder relationships. It requires a degree in engineering, at least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated industries, and 5+ years of leadership experience, along with strong GMP, validation, project management, troubleshooting, and automation capabilities.
